Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Location: Montrose, Chaguanas & Cocoyea, San Fernando

We are looking for an inventory clerk with excellent communication and analytical skills together and an optimistic attitude. The successful candidate should be able to assist the sales team and the purchasing manager by proving timely feedback and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Daily pricing using templates for freight forwarders
• Dispatching and receiving of stock to and from the south branch
• Receiving stock when purchased from suppliers
• Verification of items on the system with the physical stock on hand.
• Re- checking inventory adjustment.

Requirements:

• Five CSEC passes or CAPE

• Math, English and Principles of accounts a must and a combination of any other two subjects
• Certificate in Purchasing from a recognize body.
• Knowledge of purchasing and stock control measures
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in as similar position.
• High level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Job Title: Accounts Receivables Clerk

Location: Montrose, Chaguanas & Cocoyea, San Fernando

Requirements:

• Five CSEC or 2 CAPE passes

• Math, English and Principles of accounts a must and a combination of any other two subjects
• ACCA level 1 or CAT level 3
• Associate Degree in Business Management
• Customer Service training would be an asset.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in as similar position.
• High level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Montrose, Chaguanas & Cocoyea, San Fernando

Requirements:
• Five CSEC passes
• Math, English and Principles of accounts a must and a combination of any other two subjects
• Certificate in (or pursuing) Heavy Equipment Operation.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in as similar position.
• High level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• We will consider applicants that have work experience only.

Job Title:   Heavy T Driver

Location: Reports to Montrose and Cocoyea branches

The successful individual will represent the company by:

• Delivering goods to customers and branches in a safe and timely manner.
• Properly securing loads to prevent loss or damage to vehicles or goods.
• Always operate vehicle is a safe manner.
• Always be polite and courteous to customers and other members of staff.
• Maintain a work and delivery log.
• Ensure assigned vehicle is always in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle or customer related issues in a timely manner to line manager.
• Ensuring all pre – checks and post- checks are done before and after leaving the warehouse.
• Ensure all goods being delivered to customers are processed and signed by the dispatching agent(s) before leaving the warehouse.
• Work closely with members of the Sales & Purchasing team.
• Ensure and maintain good working relationships with our customers and other stakeholders.

Requirement

• Class 4 heavy T license
• Certificate of Good Character
• Passionate, skilled, and highly motivated
• Previous work experience driving and delivering goods would be an asset
